Historial Outline

At the beginning of the university, in 1992 the division started its works as Estate & Campus Development Division. After that, it worked under the Planning & Development Division. In the year 2001, it was separated from the Planning & Development Division and re-named as Engineering & Estate Division. Engineering & Estate Division is the authority of development of all infrastructural facilities and maintenance of administrative, academic & residential buildings, internal roads, electrical sub-station & electrical installation, water supply & sanitation etc. at the BOU main campus, Gazipur within its 35 acres lands as well as 12 Regional Centre (RC), 80 Sub- Regional Center (SRC) buildings (of which 35 buildings already built) at different location of the country.

Mission

To provide all sorts of supports for technical and utility services for the smooth running of the university to reach its goal.
